Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, online courses, membership community, digital content, mentorship programs, and related services provided by
Unique Stays Group LLC, doing business as
Unique Stays (collectively referred to as “
Unique Stays,” “
we,” “
us,” or “
our”).
By accessing our website, enrolling in any program, participating in the community, downloading any mobile application we provide, or otherwise interacting with our services (collectively, the “
Site” and “
Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other applicable policies or disclaimers.We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site or enroll in our programs. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement, have not been previously suspended or removed, and will comply with all applicable laws. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at

2. Limited License to Use the Site and Materials
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and all course materials, videos, templates, frameworks, graphics, and other content (collectively, “
Materials”) solely for your private, non-commercial educational and professional development purposes. You may occasionally download or print individual portions for personal reference, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell, create derivative works from, distribute, or exploit any Materials without our prior written consent. You may link to the Site provided the link does not imply endorsement, but you may not frame, inline link, or incorporate our content into other sites or services without express permission.
3. User Content and Submissions
Any content you submit, post, upload, or share (including comments, reviews, photos, videos, feedback, or other materials) remains your property to the extent you hold rights in it. By submitting content, you grant Unique Stays an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publicly perform/display, and create derivative works from your submissions for any purpose, including commercial use. You also permit us to attribute your name, email, or username as the source if we choose. If your submissions qualify as “works made for hire” under U.S. copyright law, we are considered the author and exclusive owner from creation. Otherwise, you assign all rights (copyrights, trademarks, etc.) to us in perpetuity. You represent that you own or have permission for all submitted content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate these Terms.
4. Community Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Our community is intended to be a respectful, professional, and supportive environment.
You agree to:
1. Interact courteously with other members, mentors, and staff;
2. Avoid harassment, defamation, bullying, discrimination, spam, or unauthorized solicitation;
3. Comply with all posted community guidelines and moderator instructions.
You may not post or transmit unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material; infringe third-party rights; spread viruses or harmful code; impersonate others; interfere with Site operation; engage in unauthorized commercial activities; or collect user data without consent. We reserve the right to monitor, remove, edit, or block content, and to suspend or terminate access for violations, without refund.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services. These are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, accuracy, or availability of third-party offerings. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
6. Program Access, Payments, and Refund Policy
Upon enrollment and payment, you receive lifetime access to Unique Stays Masterclass course materials (as long as the program is maintained) and one (1) year of community and mentorship access, renewable at then-current rates. All fees and payment plans are displayed at checkout. By enrolling, you agree to pay the full amount, including all installments. Due to the immediate digital delivery of our programs, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access is granted.For payment or access issues, contact

7. Confidentiality
We will protect your personal and business information shared within our programs or community. You agree not to disclose, share, copy, or distribute any proprietary course content, templates, private discussions, mentorship advice, or member-only materials.
8. Disclaimers and No Professional Advice
All content, courses, and materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They do
not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, real estate investment, business, or professional advice. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or results. Any testimonials or case studies reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed outcomes. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
9. Earnings and Results Disclaimer
We do not promise or guarantee any specific income, earnings, business success, or other outcomes. Results depend entirely on your effort, skill, resources, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. We are not liable for any financial or other losses arising from use of our materials or participation in our programs.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unique Stays, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, services, or materials, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unique Stays Group LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, breach of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or misuse of Materials.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your license ends, and you must cease all use. Certain provisions survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution).
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Austin, Texas, under AAA Consumer Rules, with no class actions permitted.
14. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in full effect.
